I made these cute cake pops for a 1st birthday party!  The party decorations are on the paper in the background...I think they turned out rather cute!!!

I did not make the cupcakes...just the pops and cake balls.  But it turned out so cute all together!

Bridal Shower

Unveiling of the "Beccaberry Surprise"

This is basically a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake flavored cake ball, rolled in crushed Oreo cookie pie crust with a little "surprise" inside....a fresh raspberry!

Named "Beccaberry" after my sister Rebecca, who happens to LOVE white chocolate raspberry cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory!  So, inspired by her love of this fine dessert, I created this heavenly bite!

Who's feeling patriotic?

So  I wanted to do make something festive and fun to celebrate Memorial Day.  Here is what I did!  I think it turned out really cute!  I used 30 cake balls, but I could make it bigger or smaller!  Of course, it could be used for ANY patriotic holiday!  It was lots of fun!

Here is a little taste of what I can do.  Among the cake balls, I do fudge brownie balls, peanut butter Rice Krispy balls, chocolate dipped Oreos, chocolate suckers, and more to come!  Check out my Photo Gallery for a closer look at what I've done!
