I have found a true love for making these cute and popular cake balls and cake pops. It does not stop there! I can do Brownie balls, Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Bites, Dipped cookies, and am starting to expand my field into more birthday and wedding desired cakes and desserts! The sky's the limit! You tell me what you want, and I'm sure I can whip up something you'll love! My confections are made to order! So when ordering your delicious confections, YOU tell me the flavor of cake, brownie, or other treat, the type of chocolate, and the color or occasion you want! Valentine's Day

Red Velvet - taste of HEAVEN!

Here is the cake I made for my mom and dad's farewell.  It's Paula Dean's Red Velvet cake recipe with homemade cream cheese frosting.  Now, I have to admit, I have become quite a fan of fondant, I think it looks cleaner and nice and smooth, but I chose to leave this one frosted as to not alter the taste of the cream cheese icing.  It turned out rather nice, I must say!  It was a HIT!

Display at Farewell

Here is a diplay I whipped up THAT afternoon!  After being told to bring cake balls, then to NOT bring cake balls, it was decided earlier that day to have me bring cake balls.  So not having any prepared, I quickly whipped these up in a matter of 4 hours, including 2 new flavors!!  Tres Leche and Salted Caramel.  They were quite a hit I must say!

I wanted to say a BIG thank-you to Cindy of Coffee Creations in Saratoga Springs!  She placed such a huge order to package and give as gifts to her employees!  I did several different flavors and compiled them into 6 gift boxes for Christmas!  Thank-you Cindy for your support!

Christmas Order!

This is the biggest order, yet!  12 DOZEN cake balls!  It was so much fun and they turned out great!
