Tried and tested flavors:
Cake Balls/Pops
Beccaberry Surprise: White cake with cheesecake flavored cream cheese frosting, dipped in white chocolate, with a fresh raspberry inside, sprinkled with crushed Oreo pie crust.
Carrot: Carrot spice cake with cream cheese frosting, dipped in white chocolate.
Chocolate Sin: Devil's food cake with chocolate frosting, dipped in milk or dark chocolate coating.
Coconut: Coconut flavored white cake with homemade coconut frosting and fresh coconut, dipped in any chocolate, topped with almonds or fresh coconut.
Confetti: Confetti cake with vanilla or butter-cream frosting, dipped in white chocolate.
German Chocolate: German chocolate cake with coconut pecan icing, dipped in chocolate, topped with coconut and/or pecan pieces.
Lemon: Lemon cake with lemon icing dipped in white chocolate.
Lime: Lime flavored white cake with cream cheese and lime frosting, dipped in white chocolate.
Peanut Butter Cup: Milk Chocolate cake with peanut butter butter-cream frosting and chopped pieces of peanut butter cups, dipped in any chocolate coating, topped with mini PB cup.
Red Velvet: Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, dipped in any chocolate coating.
Strawberry: Strawberry cake with strawberry frosting, dipped in any chocolate. (Can shape like strawberries!)
Salted Caramel: Chocolate cake mixed with caramel frosting, dipped in milk chocolate topped with Fleur de Sol (fancy sea salt).

Mint Oreo truffles - if you have had oreo balls, these are made with the cool mint oreos and just the right amount of cream cheese, rolled into perfect little bites of heaven dipped in white chocolate!
Pink Lemonade cake balls (seasonal) - made with pink lemonade cake and real lemon juice, mixed with pink lemonade flavored frosting, dipped in white chocolate sprinkled with pink sugar and fresh lemon zest!
Butter Pecan - Butter pecan cake with chopped pecans mixed with butter cream icing dipped in chocolate of your choice topped with roasted chopped pecans!
Pina Colada - Pineapple upside-down cake with coconut extract and fresh pineapple mixed with a Pina Colada drink mix made into icing and dipped in white chocolate topped with coconut!
Cookies & Cream - Vanilla cake with crushed Oreo's baked right in, mixed with cream cheese frosting and more Oreo's, dipped in white chocolate topped with more crushed Oreo's.
Raspberry lemonade: it's a lemonade cake (made from scratch) with a fresh raspberry pure'e frosting.
White chocoalte raspberry: vanilla cake with raspberry pure'e filling with a white chocolate buttercream, drizzled with raspberry pure'e.
"Butterbeer": Inspired by Harry Potter. I cannot take credit for this recipe...but it's delicious! It's a butter cake made with Cream Soda with a butterscotch ganache, topped with butterscotch buttercream, drizzled with more ganache!
~The last 3 flavors were made into cupcakes, but could be adapted for full cakes. Not sure how well it would turn out with cake balls, but could probably tweak it!!!
