I have found a true love for making these cute and popular cake balls and cake pops. It does not stop there! I can do Brownie balls, Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Bites, Dipped cookies, and am starting to expand my field into more birthday and wedding desired cakes and desserts! The sky's the limit! You tell me what you want, and I'm sure I can whip up something you'll love! My confections are made to order! So when ordering your delicious confections, YOU tell me the flavor of cake, brownie, or other treat, the type of chocolate, and the color or occasion you want! I know you have made several dozens for several people, however being one of the first people to had the opportunity to taste these tasty treats I can say thank you for making these goodies! I will definitely be contacting you again for more...can't stop eating these things!!!
Ditto, ditto, ditto. I can't believe the creativity and artwork, not to mention how absolutely delicious! My personal fav is carrot; but then again so is the german choc. Oh, wait, I loved the raspberry cheescake, not to mention the mint chocolate. Just fab, will need the musical theme for the next piano recital!!!!
We ordered some custom Mickey Mouse chocolate suckers and the looked awesome and tasted delicious! I've known the owner for quite a while now and I had no idea she was such an incredible baker. I also tried the coconut cake bites and all I can say is Holy Toledo they were good. I look forward to many more orders with Cars's Confections!
I ordered some cake balls for my brother that just got married! They were the most adorable gift. I put a basket together with a bunch of munchies for their honeymoon and right on top of the basket I had 1/2 dozen "groom" german chocolate and 1/2 dozen "bride" lemon balls. The packaging was so elegant. My brother and new sister-in-law keep talking about how cute the balls were decorated (as a groom and bride)...and delicious! Thanks Caralee...what a professional!
All of the cake balls are perfect! They aren't too sweet, they're just right. They are perfectly moist in the center and completely melt in your mouth! I was amazed at how beautiful they turned out. The pricing is great and would be perfect for any occasion.
These cute little cake balls are like a gift from the angels. Imagine Biting into a divine peace of heaven. I have never had something taste so perfect. If you have not tried one you deserve to have this experience. I enjoyed tasting the love that was poured into these little pieces of delight. We got lucky enough to try your cake balls over the weekend. Oh my! They are AMAZING. Peanut butter cup, lemon and red velvet are the winners at our house but they were all soooo good and they're just so pretty! Thanks Cara, You're awesome. We can't wait for another excuse to order some cake balls!
Wow! They were excellent! I'm a little confused though. Must have been some kind of magic becasue they all disappeared! And I wish I could say which cake balls I liked the best, but I started to tell Tyler and then realized I REALLY liked all of them! Thanks, Spencer

Just one word for Caralee and her cake pops, AMAZING!!! They were a hit at my daughters wedding and the perfect touch for our Thank You. Caralee even gave us the cute idea of a darling little tag attached to each one with the bride and grooms monogrammed initials. So darling! (due to a little photographer bloop there are no pics to show, but trust me, they were the cutest things ever!)She was so great to work with and so talented not to mention the cake pops and the wedding cake were the most delicious ever. I would do it all over again. Thanks Caralee!
Caralee made the cake for my daughter's wedding which was on 12/12/12. I'm not normally a huge cake fan, especially wedding cake. It often seems to be too firm and quite dry. I was amazed that all three flavors of cake were soft, moist, and incredibly delicious! My favorite was the chocolate with raspberry filling. Or was it the coconut? Either way, it was outstanding! Michelle and I are so happy with your product! Oh, did I mention it was gorgeous too? It looked good enough to eat - which we did! Kristen was very pleased as well. Thanks again!

The coconut are my favorite! These are the best things I have ever tasted-way better (and cheaper) than Sweet Tooth Fairy.
